Ready to take a caller's bid

If this is the first time that the caller has called, fill in the caller's information.  As a minimum, you MUST fill in the caller's First & Last Name and Phone #.  If time permits, fill in the rest of the information, starting with the e-mail address.  Once a caller's bid has been saved, a "Bidder ID#" will be assigned to the caller.  Please tell the caller his/her "Bidder ID#" before hanging up.
