SELECTING A PREVIOUS CALLER FROM THE DROP-DOWN BOX
If the caller has called previously, ask him/her for their Bidder ID#. Then, either type in the number or click on the Bidder ID# drop-down box (small down arrow) to see a list of previous callers. If the caller's name is not visible in the list, you may quickly jump to the area of the caller's name by typing the first letter of the Last name. Then simply highlight the caller's name and click the mouse. If the caller does not remember his/her Bidder ID#, ask for the first letter of their last name. Open the drop-down box and type the first letter of their last name. Then choose the caller from the list. Remind the caller of their Bidder ID#.
